For online examination we are using an online platform called CONDUCT EXAM
A week prior to the examination we will send you the instructions regarding the examination to the registered email addresses of all students, which includes a login link, user id and password. The students have to go through all the instructions carefully. On the day of the examination, students must log in using the provided link and enter their user ID and password, at the specified time.
Kindly note the following:
1. The login credentials are to be sent to the students strictly on November 1, 2024.
2. Kindly check the students mail ID for corrections and inform us if there are any bounce mails or other errors. Conduct Exam do not read mails starting with digits.
So make sure that you rectify all the errors regarding the mail, and send us valid email addresses of the students
3. In case of error, we will contact you and you are expected to provide us with a list of valid email addresses. Otherwise, the student would not be able to appear for the exam.
Please find the instructions below for the online exam to be strictly followed by the students.

The contest will be available on the day of the exam
Date of the contest
AMC 10 A and AMC 12 A: Scheduled from 6th November 2024 to 7th November 2024 (6:30 PM IST, 6th November 2024 to 7:00 PM IST, 7th November 2024).
AMC 10 B and AMC 12 B: Scheduled from 12th November 2024 to 13th November 2024 (6:30 PM IST, 12th November 2024 to 7:00 PM IST, 13th November 2024).
Instructions
1. Number of questions: 25 Multi choices
2. Duration: 75 Minutes
3. You must log in to the exam portal at least one hour before 7:00 PM to ensure you can attend the exam in its entirety. Please note that the portal will automatically close at exactly 7:01 PM
4. There are no negative marks for wrong answers. 6 marks for correct answer and 1.5 marks for unanswered questions.
5. Before the exam you must check your camera and make sure your face is properly visible to the camera. Otherwise, we will not consider it as an official exam.
6. On the day of the contest first click the “click here to login “option in the mail.
7. Enter your user id and password. (Please remove prefix space before entering the user id and password) (Please do not Reset Password)
8. Please go through the instructions displayed there carefully and tick on the ‘I agree’ option and click on the next button.
9. If you get a popup asking to switch on your camera please click on the “allow” button.
10. If you get a popup asking to switch to full screen please click on the “ok” button
11. Your time starts from the point you click on the next button.
12. Calculators are not allowed.
13. The screen must be in full screen.
14. During the exam, you are not allowed to open other windows or switch between other windows. If you open any other window or switch to any other window more than one time, the exam will be submitted automatically after 5 seconds. Then you can’t attend the exam again.
15. You can select questions randomly, change the answers and go back and forth between questions any time before submitting the exam.
16. You have to be on video till the contest is over and you must be alone in a separate room
17. We will proctor you through online, and the whole process will be captured. We will analyze it later and we have all right to treat your contest invalid if any malpractice is found.
18. Time left will be displayed on the testing platform
19. If you finish early you can submit. Once the time is over it will be automatically submitted.
20. NB: You have to use a google chrome updated version (MAC users please do follow this), otherwise the system will not work (Do not use Mobile phones)
21. NB: Please make sure that you have a proper network connection, otherwise we cannot be responsible.
